Report: Fatal Embraer 120 loss of control accident at Darwin, Australia

The Australian Transportation Safety Bureau (ATSB) published the final report of their investigation into the fatal Embraer 120 loss of control accident at Darwin, Australia. The airplane crashed during a simulated engine failure on takeoff.
