NTSB: Flight crew actions led to fatal Atlas Air Boeing 767 loss of control accident, Trinity Bay, Texas

The flight crew response to inadvertent activation of the go-around mode during descent, led to the fatal Atlas Air Boeing 767 accident at Trinity Bay, Texas in February 2019, according to the NTSB.
